A seasoned entrepreneur born in 1973, with a career spanning from 1996 to the present, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional results in yacht building, management and leadership across international teams and clients.
Delivering work within time and budget which meets client’s requirements is our absolute goal. We take projects from the designer board, assemble teams, manage construction, follow budgets and deliver international quality vessels.

Project Management
Building a yacht starts with good planning, right team and correct execution. Whether you are investing in a superyacht project or a weekender to spend fun holidays with your family, we will make the process as simple as possible for you, protecting your time and energy in your investment.

Surveys & Evaluation
Before you decide to invest in buying or refitting a yacht, you should always have professional support to evaluate the opportunity. Sometimes a refit can give rebirth to a classic but sometimes it can open up a can of worms.
Refit & Maintenance
Having a clear work list, safe contracts and good planning can save you a lot of trouble. We can work closely with you/your captain to have a good start and keep our support until the end of a refit work.

Oversaw the refit of a 60m Explorer vessel within a 4-month timeframe. Managed all production projects and spearheaded project development.

Project Engineer
JMS Yachting
Led the refit project for a 56m yacht, including revising existing drawings, producing missing documentation, and overseeing quality control for painting and stainless steel.

Shipyard Manager
Euro Marine Group
Directed the design and development of various boat lines and managed the overhaul of the production facility. Closed the acquisition of Lazzara Yachts (US) and implemented an ERP system. Managed production, quality control, accounting, and P&L reporting.
